Wherever I go online there’s only one thing that people like to talk about and that is none other than losing weight. Whether I go blog hopping or checking on my friend’s shout-out in my social network account, the weight loss product is always the most controversy. Or I should say the most popular topic from all of my virtual friends. I think everyone has struggled to lose weight. Now I know that I’m not alone going through with the same kind of problem. Some of my friends say that they’re on diet but then a few days after I’ll hear them saying they went to the party and they ate a lot. I laugh because we’re in the same boat. Whatever they go through when it comes to losing weight is not new to me. Don’t worry guys, we will make it through somehow!

Chicharrones pork rinds & soda for snacks
Sometimes I feel like my dance fitness is useless because after I had my exercise, I eat, because I crave for food instead of just drinking plenty of water or just have a bite of some fruit. So how much more if I will take fat burners. It will be useless too. I hate to say this but I’m not disciplining myself when it comes to eating food. Honestly, I’m doing pretty well with my dance fitness, but if I keep on eating even though I’m not that hungry, the calories I’ve lost will regain in no time. Like for instance, today I wasn’t really in the mood for my fitness exercise but I had to force myself to do it otherwise I might get back to my old habit which is becoming a couch potato. So anyway, a few minutes after my dance fitness this afternoon I sort through our goodies in the pantry and I grabbed the chicharrones pork rinds and soda for snacks. Yikes! How much fat do you think I will regain after eating my snacks today?
